6. Evaluation of Requirements 评估要求
6.1. Desk Audit 文件审核
The manufacturer shall submit all necessary forms, records, documents, and data to SCS forreview.
The auditor will review the submitted evidence and assess the manufacturer's conformance with respect to the requirements of the Standard (Section 5.0 Requirements).
生产企业向 SCS 提交所有必要的表格、记录、文件和数据以供评估。审核员依据标准要求审阅生产企业提交的证据，评价对标准的符合性。
6.2. Onsite Audit 现场审核
The manufacturer and/or supplier(s) of recycledmaterial may undergo onsite audit(s) if deemed necessary based on the submitted evidence and ability of the auditor to assess the manufacturer's and/or supplier's conformance to the Standard.
根据提交的证据和审核员评估生产企业和或供应商对标准的符合性，如有必要时需要进行现场审核。
6.3. Audit Findings 审核发现
After the completion of the desk or onsite audit the auditor may have formal audit findings regarding the degree of the manufacturer's compliance with the requirements of the Standard. The three types of findings include:
